Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by syk99 customer support. Verified accounts enjoy same-day withdrawal processing, with most requests completed within 1-4 hours during business hours (WIB timezone). First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and can take up to 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. syk99 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a small processing fee. Withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering checks. If suspicious activity is detected, your withdrawal may be delayed or rejected pending investigation.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering. If you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Bets placed on all sports and games count toward this requirement at full value, except for bets that are voided, cancelled, or settled as "push" (tie).
syk99 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
syk99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, and any other form of fraudulent activity. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts will be permanently banned.
All bets placed on syk99 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical malfunction), syk99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The maximum payout per bet is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated for a specific event. syk99 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or if accepting the bet would expose us to excessive financial risk.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sports governing body or league. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport and the timing of the cancellation. For football betting, if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of play (including injury time), all bets except those already determined (e.g., "first goal scorer" if a goal was already scored) will be voided. Asian handicap bets are settled based on the full-time result (90 minutes + injury time) unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.

Results are based on official lottery draw outcomes from licensed lottery operators. Sabung ayam (online cockfighting) bets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the arena referee. syk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding voided bets and confiscated bonuses) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance will be refunded in full.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which syk99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the syk99 platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by syk99. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. For minor disputes involving amounts less than Rp 10,000,000, you may choose to resolve the matter through syk99's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team.
syk99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of the syk99 platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
